A little about Kate
Hi! I'm excited you're here and curious about cultivating abundance in your life. I am enthusiastic about connecting with people, promoting mental wellness and sharing practices to inspire wholehearted living.
The things that bring me joy are playing outside, adventuring, laughing, dancing, gardening, health and wellness, working with children and families, living authentically, and spending time with my husband, children, chickens, dog, and extended family. My home is one of my favourite places. The beach is another. My yoga mat has scratches on it from my last dog Kya, which drove me crazy when she was alive and gives me comfort now she's gone. My 95 lb dog Murphy often climbs on my lap while I meditate. Brene Brown is one of my heros. I believe in dancing once a day, everyday.
Growing from my learning and experience as a Nurse, Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Mentor and a parent, I have honed my facilitation skills, nurtured my gift for holding space and embraced grounding practices.
