Earth Medicine Ceremony Group
Weekly online group: June 28th - August 16th
In-person retreat: July 29th - July 30th
This summer, join Kate and her co-facilitator Ryan from Sacred Owl Integrative Counselling for an 8 week Earth Medicine Ceremony Group from June 28th- August 16th.
Ceremony package includes:
Five facilitated online group preparations calls via zoom focusing on building a container of safety within the group, developing an awareness of one's patterns, and practising for regulating the nervous system.
July 29th- 30th full day in-person, retreat near Shawnigan Lake including yoga, meditation, earth medicine ceremony, swimming, farm-to-table dinner prepared by Adrienne of Grow Wild Retreats, and on-site camping.
Next day 1:1 check-in.
Three facilitated online group integration calls via zoom to support integration of the ceremony day experience and promote connection with and witnessing of other group members through integration.
